Shipping Policy
Caveman Cigar Company Shipping Policy
Effective Date: December 18, 2025
1. Age Verification and Adult Signature Required
In compliance with federal law and the PACT Act, all tobacco shipments require the signature of an adult (at least 21 years of age) upon delivery.

Identification: The delivery carrier will require a valid, government-issued photo ID to verify age before handing over the package.

Missed Deliveries: If no adult is present to sign, the carrier will typically make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our shop in Brenham, TX. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to failed age verification.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
We primarily utilize UPS and USPS for domestic shipments.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your distance from our Texas location

No FedEx: Please note that FedEx does not currently accept tobacco shipments for residential delivery.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Due to complex state-specific tobacco regulations, we currently cannot ship premium cigars to the following states:

Hawaii, Utah, Maine, Iowa, and Montana (list may vary; any orders from restricted states will be canceled and refunded).

P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to adult signature requirements, unless using specific USPS services.
4. Order Processing Time

Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times: Orders are hand made and may require a few days to process. You will be contacted via email when your items ship from our facility.
5. Product Freshness and Packaging
To ensure your cigars arrive in "factory-fresh" condition, we include humidity packs or equivalent humidification in all shipments. We recommend placing your cigars in a humidor immediately upon arrival to maintain optimal quality.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we are not responsible for carrier delays, all our shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:
