Caveman Cigar Company Refund & Return Policy

At Caveman Cigar Company, we take pride in the quality of our premium cigars and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (for in-store sales) or the date of delivery (for online orders) to return an item for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unopened & Unused: Cigars must be in their original, unopened cellophane or factory-sealed packaging/boxes.

Original Condition: Accessories (cutters, lighters, humidors) must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or manuals.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Any cigar that has been cut, lit, or partially smoked.

Individual cigars (singles) that have been removed from their original humified environment for more than 7 days, as tobacco quality can degrade if not stored properly.

Gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
6. Shipping Costs (For Online Orders)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive cigars that are damaged (e.g., cracked wrappers or mold) or accessories that are non-functional, please contact us at 979-530-8496 within 48 hours of receipt so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you
